Half Suit Isolator
Half-suit Isolator is designed to allow operators to perform sterility testing in an aseptic environment providing assurance of material integrity. Benefits of a half-suit in combination with or without a Transfer Isolator provide higher levels of ergonomic comfort for large volumes of sterility testing.
Half suit is conceptually an extension of the glove sleeve concept applied to the entire upper body. This allows the operator to be physically inside the isolator, while being micro-biologically outside. The obvious benefit is a much wider ergonomic range compared to glove-sleeves. The materials of construction insure the maximum dexterity a comfort to the user.

- Transparent flexible PVC canopy (0.3 mm thickness)
- 304 L stainless steel welded supporting frame on lockable casters
- Ventilation system capable of more than 20 air changes per hour, and positive pressure of +30 ± 10 Pa (adjustable)
- Control system: - Manual command with automatic pressure control “PARIS 1” type - Automatic PLC control (Siemens)
- Single inlet and outlet HEPA filters
- Manipulation is carried out by one Half-Suit with gloves (changeable without breaking the sterility) Half-Suit support for bio decontamination (optional)
- Transfer system using DPTE® double door systems and access doors
